10th August 2013 - Panjabi MC, fresh off his recent show in Switzerland, was given a grand reception in his home country with a sold out crowd of 15,000 ravers bouncing from start to finish at Battersea Power station - Holi Festival Of Colours. Panjabi MC recently spoke to one of Europes largest tabloid newspaper during his stay for the Holi Festival - Berlin.
Bild: You have published more than ten years ago the song "Mundian to Bach ke", to celebrate the millions today. How does it look with supplies?
Panjabi MC: "I'm working on a new album. There's also been a title that "56 Districts" is. This stands for Punjab, Pakistan, India, for virtually all areas. The shooting began three years ago. I hope that I will be releasing the next single next month. There are many Indian elements on the new album again find, but also interesting guest artists will participate from the U.S. hip-hop area. I mean Warren G, Method Man or Busta Rhymes. When I published my first album on the market ten years ago, I was happy. Meanwhile, I've added well over 100 songs, I'm in no hurry with the choice. "

11 July 2003 - British act, Panjabi MC was nominated for 5 awards at the German (Deutscher) Dance Awards in Berlin, winning "the most successful dance hit " and "Most successful newcomer" award at the Tempodrom guest-starring former X Factor judge Dannii Minogue & Scooter.
Panjabi MC will be back in Berlin for the Holi of colours on 27 July 2013 in the splendid meadow of the Olympic equestrian Stadium:
30 June 2013 - British DJ Panjabi MC recently entertained thousands of fans at HOLI Franken - Nürnbergs Fest der Farben, with an impressive performance and Holi show at the Klingenhofgelände arena in Germany.
The MTV-winning PMC is known for hits including Moorni, Mundian To Bache Ke and Jogi.
HOLI Franken has introduced a series of live entertainment Holi events. The eclectic mix of concerts includes live performances from world class DJs.
Tina Padberg & Mark Neugebauer from the popular breakfast radio show "ENERGY Nürnberg Toastshow"on ENERGY Nürnberg Radio also joined the DJ on stage.
